We started a trip on an AC bus and it broke down. It happens!.. We were 4 hrs into the trip and had to wait 5 hrs til the replacement NON AC bus arrived. Apparently the new driver doesn't know the way and has spent more time taking unwanted u turns than driving. I boarded the bus yesterday at 10 in the evening. The planned arrival time was 6 in the morning. The time is now 3:30 pm. I am in still in the bus. This is hands down THE WORST JOURNEY I've had.

Very useful. But available seats shown in the app are wrog. Total availble seats are 48 but in the seat selection diagram 44 seats are shown

Not good. Only booking is possible with the app. Other settings are not available.
