We began with the simple aim of providing our customers a convenient way to monitor their utilities usage and pay their monthly bills.
To help households and customers understand the environmental impact of their daily activities, we launched My Carbon Footprint.
Next, we introduced GreenUP to encourage sustainable lifestyle choices through a rewards programme, and My Green Credits for everyone to green their electricity consumption.
Today, our app will be renamed to the SP app, reflecting our ambition to empower the future of energy and contribute to a greener future for Singapore.
We are also launching Green Goals! A new feature that tracks your individual environmental impact and contribution towards the SG Green Plan 2030.

The app doesnt allow shared members to view the bill or details. Whats the point of having sharing feature if that's the case?

Good work and discount for us PHV drivers. But if you could display the charging percentage like the one shown on your charging station, it will be even better.

This is worst app that i ever used. Lousy user experience. Messy interface, information all over the place. Cannot find login and logout. After verify email, no further intstruction or link user back to logon page. There is a page pop out but no exit option. I wonder the management who approve this application and whether approval ever use this application. It is totally waste of project money in launching this app for user. No proper requirement study and apps was poorly design. Sigh...

Shared family member unable to submit meter. It say account not linked. When creating account singpass my info page keep showing error.

App keeps getting stuck when trying to show payment history/ monthly bill. Keeps asking me to login even though i have logged in (via fingerprint) many times (at least 5x) in succession. Have tried to update the app on my vivo v5s but problem persists. Very inconvenient to use..
