The simple use application supports reporting the health issues with
predefined templates and track them during the treatment.
Also categories the health request such that emergency requests would get
addressed first, then other requests as per the load.
A communication channel is provided to communicate to peers and share the
information in general, Simple to use and easy to
work with features are enabled to reduce the typing without compromising on
the features.
Simple graphical analytics are provided for better understanding on the
current health status of the institutions, analytics are
available for top view users but can be enabled for all depending on the
need in future.

Hospitalized with hospital details and joining date.
Discharge with discharge date.
