  Terrible had nothing good I can say about this app. Very difficult to find Special assistance. Paid for seats I didn't need because I needed assistance and there is no charge for Special assistance seats. No refund

  To share boarding passes via NFC is real pain in the .. Me and my husband tried like hundred times and managed to share 2 out of 5 passes.. I think there should be easier way.. Email or bluetooth for example?

  Extra app required just for a boading pass and then Ryanair air still requires you to print a boarding pass. Why Ryanair?

  What's the point of this app if you still have to print out the boarding pass? It's literally useless. You can't see boarding passes in the main app either, what's up with that, Ryanair? Two useless apps.

  Why does it need the Ryanair app installed first? All I want it for is to transfer boarding passes to other passengers. Also not intuitive to use - can't get past first screen without agreeing for it to be displayed over other apps.
