Unless app. Literally everything I go to watch says "Sorry! This content can only be viewed on your Rogers home Internet network" Why is it called ANYPLACE TV then?!?!?!?!

I have a Roger's account and pay for ignite TV but when I sign into the app it tells me I don't have an account

09/24/2020: all prior issues have been fixed, and the app works fine now on all my devices. I experience lag when using my Samsung Galaxy Tab A, but that's probably because it's an older tablet. Worked well on my other devices. Thank you for looking into the problems I brought up.

Aug 27 2020: Now I can't get into the app anymore. I used to get on my Samsung Tab A. Now, it just looped between the logon screen and recaptcha screen, then crashed. There are hundreds of crash reports I sent back to you everytime it crashed. Have you ever looked at any of those??? In the crashed reports, it showed which line number in which of your programs that had the error. Why don't you JUST look at the crashed reports and fix your codes instead of pretending that you don't know anything.

Seems to work except for the fact that not all channels in my tv lineup (my favourites) are displayed (message says no internet). But Anyplace tv only works when you're connected to the internet!!! TV anyplace... not as advertised if it's not duplicating my tv lineup. And sometimes, like today on my PC, all I see is bouncing balls. My internet is ok.
