More about our fare system: Like every other fare algorithm, we do have fluctuations, but they are less volatile than other market players. We want to make ride booking as sustainable and practical as possible.
Ryde does not stop here. We understand that you may have to cancel your ride bookings occasionally and we allow you to review your real-time cancellation rate. This way you are always on top of your profile as a rider. A low cancellation rate makes you eligible for special promotions that are not open to riders with bad scores. It is okay to fall behind, but it is much better to know than not - this way you can adjust your app usage habits as you ride more.
