PLEASE, DONT DOWNLOAD.i have tried canceling for 3 months.. they Won't let me delete my account! Horrible, scummy company keeps your photos hostage. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR PHOTOS FOREVER. Trying to download photos back off their horrible site is a nightmare, and the photo quality is DRASTICALLY deminished. Others have had same issues staying away from this app COMPLETELY if you value your memories, MY kids 1st steps were saved to this site!! Now they are all Gone. PLEASE SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN!

Would give zero stars if i could. Stop holding my photos hostage, and bring back batch download. Terrible. (2019) Got to love when they pull you back in and remind you how shady they are now. Don't trust this app with your data. If you've got accounts with them go delete them all ASAP. (2024 update)

I've had a photobucket account since the early 2000s. Admittedly, I haven't used it years, so it's to be expected that it would get flagged for deletion. Fine. After numerous automated emails, I decided to log in, retrieve whatever photos I have, and delete the account myself. But I can't. Why? Because Photobucket is now a subscription service. I'm not paying money for an account that was initially free. Now, after just trying to delete it, I'm still getting automated emails. Screw you guys.

Site is trash... started off free, now charging with "risk of losing photos saved to it" that's why I trusted this lame site in the first place. Stay away! I also have to add since I've been getting ads, but they keep giving me ads on YouTube saying keep your photos safe. Ironic that they pulled this cash grab without warning customers, and also ironic that they've deleted photos of mine in the past that were private photos in private folders. Please don't trust this app!
