The Vehicle, Area and duration selection tab needs to be improved. The scrolling while trying to select the items are so sensitive as they keep moving away. Use buttons is more convenient.

If there is Zero star, this app will get that award. See the number of people have the same problem, Cannot Login, and yet the developer still not doing anything to resolve this. This is a Perak government App. Hello Perak, other states will be laughing at Perak. Get the programmer to Act on this fast!!

Absolute rubbish. Can't login after registration. Retrieval password doesn't work. Complete waste of time. Why not just use an app that works. Uninstalling now

This app is RUBBISH! I really don't know why. I already set all my things up, and when I want to log in, it just keep kicking me out to the log in page. Aim of developer is good, but the things developer made is rubbish. I think it's better for me to use coupon.

Your bug fix today has caused the app to stop working for me, I am unable to pay for parking as only a blank screen is shown. Can't even submit a feedback nor view account balance. Typing this review as proof in case I am compounded for failure to pay for parking (30th September 2.30pm)

All credit is gone after using few time credit balance rm7.3, after logout is unable to login again, definitely suck and poor app, seem like not perak government no budget to upgrade this app since September 2019.
