I am at level 34 with 40 cents per paid pulse and I have 52k xp that I have accumulated in 2 to 3 years. Now to get to level 35 and 41cents it says I need an additional 77k xp. How is that even possible. I tried reaching out to customer service and have not heard back. Atleast it should make sense.

I use to be able to have all day to answer the get paid surveys but now it doesn't seem to let me most of the time to answer, it sends me a survey then before I could click on it it's gone and I'm a slow person (I'm physical disabled). And it doesn't give enough time to fill it out, so basically it rushes me and I have to think about it or I put I don't know because it won't let me think about it so basically it's your fault not mine if I put I don't know.

Much better recently. More frequent paid pulses. Prompt fund release. Need to reduce the payout threshold from $20 to $10. Plus the spelling and grammar in the Pulses leaves a lot to be desired at times. Numerous regular errors.

Fab. been using the app for over a year and have no complaints. Edit: Still using and am really pleased still. Handy to make a bit of extra cash and most of the pulses are interesting. It's also good to compare your opinions against others.

Good compared to other survey earnings apps - a pleasant integrated experience. Takes a while to earn anything at first, but once your XP has built up, you can earn up to about 20 USD in a good month. This isn't going to replace your day job, but it's quite a nice thing do use and learn from, even without the payments.
