This app is not available outside the OnePlus Authorised Service Centers and downloaded only by the OnePlus Authorised Service Center employees.

1. Self Service token generation when a Customer reaches OnePlus Authorised Service Centers once the Authorised Service Center starts operations on a daily basis by logging into this App.
2. Customers can rate the experience after a Service event within the OnePlus Authorised Service Centers on this App, but only within the Service Center.
This app is not available outside the OnePlus Authorised Service Center and can be downloaded only by OnePlus employees at the Authorised Service Centers.
