The Nielsen Mobile Panel is your opportunity to be a part of the research we do here at Nielsen. This panel helps us understand how consumers use the Internet and mobile devices by studying the websites and apps people like you visit. By installing our app either on your smartphone or tablet, you are contributing to the measurement of the digital landscape and are eligible to earn rewards.
Before downloading our Nielsen Mobile App you must first sign up using our registration form, which can be found at https://computermobilepanel.nielsen.com for the United States and https://mobilepanel2.nielsen.com for Australia, Germany, Italy, and Japan. Completing this qualifies your devices and indicates your permission for us to collect demographic information such as age, gender and household information, which is a prerequisite for participating in our panel.
Once submitted, please download this application to your smartphone or tablet. (If you have not completed our registration form, this app will not function and you will not receive rewards).
With your help, Nielsen and our clients will better understand mobile device trends such as app usage, website visits, and how much time is spent viewing content. In addition, the App collects and transmits encrypted user data back to Nielsen, such as your location, device identifiers and cellular signal information for research purposes. We do NOT collect user IDs or passwords. Your mobile activity will be anonymized and aggregated along with thousands of other participating panelists before any reports are shared.

This app is so bad that it deserves 0 stars. Websites do not even load, which defeats the purpose of the app. On the off chance a website does load after a very long lag time, pictures/ images don't load properly. There was a function where to disconnect and reconnect, but that seems to have disappeared. I like earning credits, but I'm close to uninstalling this, since I spent good money on a fast phone and speedy connection, only to have this app render it completely useless. Needs fixing ASAP

It used to be great now it is rubbish even though I get emails about points when I try to log in I get told my email or password is incorrect and when I try to reset I get told my email does not exist or your link transfers me to a foreign language site of nielsen. Could I get a reply from some one soon I am in Australia

Buggy, system resources hog, and pops up when running Samsung's settings>apps. Help via email returns gibberish that doesn't provide a means of getting help. Increasingly annoying. Edit..helpdesk link is a dud. Also program uses 19% of total battery capacity. No choice but to remove from this device. Helpdesk link returns I'm not qualified. So uninstall it is...

Finally deleted the app because it was slowing down my connection to websites. No one would respond to my various emails so I gave up with the company. If I could give a 0 stars, I would. Trash app. Update: I have messaged using the link provided and still no response. Still a trash app. Update: still have not heard back from anyone it has been 2 weeks now.

It makes the internet very slow, so I need to disable it if I want to use any internet services.
