Description Nickel Navigator

Nickel Navigator is a support tool for individuals on a low-nickel diet. A food journal lets you track your daily nickel intake. You can browse though the food groups to see which foods are the lowest or highest in nickel, and you can search for a particular food and drill down into its data to understand how its nickel content varies. The data is a compilation of 200 sources, including national food studies and scientific journal articles. The average values are weighted to your location so that the samples most geographically relevant to you are given priority. No internet connection is required.
Note: The low-nickel diet is not for weight loss. It is intended for use by individuals with a diagnosed nickel allergy.
