Cautions:
* Myanmar Unicode layout, Shan Layout, Mon Layout, Karen Layout must use with Myanmar Unicode Standard fonts. (eg: Padauk, Pyi Htaung Su)
* Myanmar (Zawgyi) layout is only for Zawgyi font users.
