Taxis never on time even when precooked in advance Very basic let us rate our rides and drivers ability to pay via PayPal and bank transfer. Option to email you and queries or complaints option. And to leave feedback taxis dont turn up despite even being booked early everytime meters are never initialised. Should get text alerts of driver details and notifications
