Adista merupakan grup musik asli daerah Palu. Band ini terdiri dari 2 personel yang dibwkan oleh Resar sebagai vokalis dan Akbar sebagai Gitaris.
Nama band Adista mencuat di blantika musik mereka lewat salah satu hits andalan mereka yang berjudul "Ku Tak Bisa". Semua lagu dari Adista emang identik dengan musik melow dan lirik yang melampiaskan hati yang penuh gundah dan kegalauan akibat hubungan asmara yang tidak searah.
