The constitution is the supreme law of the Republic of Chad. All laws derive their substance of this fundamental law.
No law can be contrary to the constitution and therefore can not oppose it or reduce its scope.
It is important to know these provisions in order to know these rights and duties.
The mobile application of the Constitution of Chad was designed to make the Constitution of March 31, 1996 revised more accessible to all Chadians.
This, hopefully, will improve participatory democracy in Chad and to make citizens more aware of their rights and responsibilities as enshrined in the Constitution.
