Disconnects frequently when you dial out and phone starts ringing. You have to re-dial and cross fingers it goes through. Drops calls in the middle of conversations. Incoming calls seem to go straight to voice mail. Using for work and it was recommended by my company. ???When connection is good, it's nice, but doesn't last long.

Please fix whatever got broken with the last update... I'm now CONSTANTLY missing calls thinking it connected. Also; voicemail NEVER stays connected. Forget about Customer Service because you'll never get a reply.

Yes I can still see the Jabber icon in the notification bar. For a few minutes that this app is on the background, my status will still be available but after around 10minutes, my status will be offline. I have to constantly go back to the app to update the status manually. I noticed that this only happens over mobile data because over wifi, my status does not change unless I modified it.

Keeps sending notifications about logging in and out even if you don't touch it. I have to log out after each time I use it

Voice mail will not stay connected. Poor quality sound on callers end.

Works well if you're standing still. The minute you move around and into range of another access point, my client logs off & wants to sign in again. Not mobile at all.
