Edit* the free version now allows almost nothing. Money grabbing much?? Many errors and inconsistencies. Great idea but poor execution. Also DO NOT GET PREMIUM. Absolute waste of money. The suggestions and recommendations are useless.

It was a great app but prices are too high. I don't think at this price it will work in India. They should have at least given some modes.. like Silver mode ( advertisements), Gold mode ( you can use sm features, so less payment) platinum mode ( all features, full payment)... Something like that. Anyways great app but learning only in hospital would be fine by me at this price.

The app is just great, but there's a major problem with the diagnosis system, it needs to be clearer, and more recognizable as our daily use of terms and diagnoses rather than a hypothetical list of diagnoses that's hard to use to locate terms.

Since when do you have a test limit?! That's ridiculous. Also, I'm getting the same cases over and over. I used to love this app, but I'm not downloading again unless you remove the test limit.
