The "Me" section cannot load though I tried across multiple days. Had to uninstall reinstall. Some vouchers do not have a weekday slot when i tried booking 2-3 weeks in advance.

After I update the app, I try to scan the QR code at Mr bean, instead of prompting the payment, it give me link to open up the browser page to Mr bean website. Making me unable to pay.

Recent updates has caused the app to not work properly. Either it keeps on loading or that it prompt you need to update app when it's obvious that is done already. Basically, your updates is preventing me from using your app.

Was okay until recent months. Been occasionally UNRESPONSIVE when trying to tap the camera icon to scan QR code. Already updated to latest verson. Extremely irritating to have pop up to remind of new update that doesn't easily go away by tapping elsewhere. You don't force users to D/L on the spot while trying to make a payment!! As a primarily payment app, mediocre experience and design. Overall IU is cluttered and too much info everywhere. Promos are sometimes confusing and not updated.
