  they brought back 2 disc a month for 5.99 which is great for me. They seem to be mailing DVDs back sooner. Before I complained about the $8 plan for more desk when It took them two weeks to mail them to me. So I gave them another star

  I really enjoyed this app and getting DVD's in the mail until Trump caused postal delays and my movies would never get to me. It's a shame. Once the postal service is back to normal I'll resume my subscription.

  App is horribly slow, freezes, cannot connect to internet, when I leave this app to open another app, then this app suddenly takes over and opens on top of the other app. Selection is not what I want either, so will cancel when my credits run out this Fall. The cost is suddenly double what it was for less discs per month, what a conscientious thing to do during a pandemic when ppl are out of work. Knobs.

  Extremely frustrating to navigate. No page back feature when using search function. Must start over 'every time' you select a movie to research an actor or genre. Start over, really? And who says I was using my phone? My iPad doesn't have a page back feature. You assume I'm using a phone by your response, so must rely on the devices to page back, not the app! Again extremely frustrating, instead of fixing this, blame it on the user like you always do. Unfortunately, stuck with it.
