Very, very buggy. Crashes a lot. On a Samsung Galaxy S10+ the screen layout does not allow reading of all text or funding clickable navigation. I uploaded a phot on the website, but it displays sideways in the app...will be a surprise how this gets printed on the certificate. This app is the barrier to me recommending older folks from buying this brand of dna test.

Just installed and I'm already having a hard time with webpage loading within the app (errors) as well as scrolling capability issues, information is cut off and cannot be seen, scrolling doesn't seem to be an option... Otherwise, very informative! Will also add... I cannot log in as provided in the email for me to look at my personal information.

Do NOT use app with your dna kit. It is RIDDLED with bugs. Parts of page's are missing and if you upload photos they will be blurry on app. It's almost impossible to use app anyhow. Do yourself a favor, go online and register and check status. App is GARBAGE.
