Description Apekesah

Apekesah Service is a service based on mobile applications and websites that can be used by the whole community in the city of Batam to make a complaint report. This application was created and developed by the Office of Communications and Information Technology (Communications) Government of Batam, which began in 2017. The service Apekesah public involvement and is two-way, which is used as a tool to convey complaints from the public to the government. Communities can give complaints found in the city of Batam and will be followed by a regional organization (OPD) in question, and will be monitored directly by the regional leaders, the mayor, deputy mayor and secretary of the area.
