by user Voice Command and it has Real time Text Detection facilities from Image by Android Camera Which is Generally Called The Optical character Recognition (OCR) Functionality and also search the basis of text which is extracted by OCR. in this
application the OCR Feature is very Essential for get the web URL from any Images.
