Description of Advanced Car Eye 2.0

Advanced Car Eye 2.0 comprises two full-HD premium wide-angle cameras (front and rear windscreen cams) for your vehicle. Using proximity (radar) and vibration sensors (G sensors), it captures and records critical situations while driving and parking to use as evidence if necessary.
Advanced Car Eye 2.0 is the monitor and control panel for your cameras. You can watch and download recorded videos and images and make manual recordings.
All settings can also be adjusted using the Advanced Car Eye 2.0 app:

  Absolute garbage. Waste of almost £600. I previously had the advanced car eye one on my previous car and it was a great system. The advanced car eye 2 is by comparison rubbish. The rear camera is huge and creates a blind spot. The app does not connect properly. The manual record button is useless and records from the time you press the button and does not include 10 seconds beforehand. What use is that? Absolute garbage. I should have had an aftermarket system fitted instead of this garbage.

  Total Frustration Trying to Connect App and camera!! After the dealer replaced the original dashcam that was faulty, they were able to connect using their Samsung S10 However, I have an S8 and it just will not hook up! Do I now have to upgrade my phone, on top of the cost of the dashcam? Would not recommend, and really bad value for money

  This came with the car from dealer directly. However it is really the worst piece of software I have used. I had to sit inside the car to view the videos when then wifi connection was never stable. There is also non continuous recording, if i want to manually record something it only starts 10 seconds prior to i press the button. Then what is the purpose of having this thing on at all??? Video viewing is extremely slow under the self wifi environment. Pain.

  The car location function is improved in new version. However to export videos for sharing, I have to take out the SD card and extract using PC. That's too troublesome. It will be good to just share videos using ACE 2.0 app directly.
