I love it 😍 soooo much. At first i thought that it only had the default challenges, and i was about to look for another app to complement it. But then i realized that you can set your own challenges and tailor them to your exact needs. That is when i jumped for joy. I have needed something like this all my life ❤️ thank you so much and God bless you. Keep up the amazing work . Also after the 21 days are over you can restart the challenge ( with the same daily steps or change them).

This app is very helpful and makes me conscious about things you are doing. It's a very one day at a time app. If you suffer from anxiety, I strongly recommend it! The only down side to this app is after the 21 days are up, they don't give new challenges and reset it.

I love this app 100% for the push notifications. I downloaded it during some intense counseling breakthroughs and it helped so much with the positivity challenges, but I've kept it for the push notifications that make my heart happy every single day. Thank you for this!!!

I really love this app. It helps you form good habits and break bad ones. There are a lot of empowering challenges to do and the app also has a lovely blog to read. It has several topics that are worth reading like "how to be more confident" and "learn how to love yourself" to name a few. Also, there are beautiful wallpapers that can be downloaded. Overall, it's great and can really help you in many areas of your life, especially since you can create challenges. I told all my friends about this.
