Messenger Backup allows you to download message threads from Facebook Messenger and store them in a CSV (comma separated value) file and share it via email or upload to Google Drive™.

You'll be able to download the conversations to your device in a couple steps. You can download the entire conversation or a specific date range. Once your Facebook Messenger conversation has been downloaded, it can be uploaded to Google Drive or emailed.
