One of the greatest accomplishments of mankind is the continuous pursuit of fitness and good health. Here at the Grinder Gym, we return to that feeling of strength, support and camaraderie as we come together to celebrate life, health and fitness. We are a “Tribe”. There are no funky outfits and we don’t dance around a fire, but we do have our own way of doing things. What you’ll find here is a judgement free, fun atmosphere where we support each other and enjoy working out together; encouraging and allowing everyone to reach their individual fitness goals.
Every tribe is made-up of many different people with different skills, abilities and goals. Here at Grinder Gym our “Tribe” is made up of many different people, all at different fitness levels and all with different goals. Each has his/her own idea of fitness and health for themselves: some are just interested in “being in shape”, eating right and enjoying life; there are others who want a highly muscular build; others who must work on endurance or strength.
No matter what your fitness level is when you join us, and no matter where you plan to go with this, we welcome you to the Grinder Gym. Students, Soccer Moms, Executives, seniors and in-betweener’s; we welcome you all to join us and become a valued member of Grinder Gym, a member of the Tribe.
