This is a coaching app for learning the yoga for beginner and once the practitioner gets good hold of the beginner's levels, start practicing daily yoga practice. By practicing Daily yoga practice every day, the yoga practitioner can achieve most common objectives of fitness like weight lose, fat burning, increasing body mobility and flexibility. Apart from these common objectives the practitioner can get the benefits of yoga like calm mind, glowing skin and keep energized and rejuvenated every day.
The practitioner can use this app by playing a session and use it as reference during the yoga practice. Before beginning a particular session, user can now view the list of yoga asanas that are going to be practiced in that session. Every yoga pose available in the sessions of this app has vocal instructions for helping the yoga practitioner to follow the voice guidance and perform the pose. Before beginning the yoga session, user can take a look at the duration in minutes of that session.
Food and diet section has been introduced in this version of this app to explain the user about how to balance the diet by knowing the different types food that we consume on a daily basis.
The sessions are not streaming videos, rather they are interactive where user can go to next pose or previous pose and also user can pause and play the sessions.
In short, this app has yoga classes which is the best starting point for practicing yoga.
