Pick the workout location of your convenience. Whether it's the comfort of your home, the charm of the outdoors? Or the structure of a gym. The choice is yours.
3. Your Fitness, our guidance
The right coach can be the difference between failure and success. We'll be assigning a fitness coach who will guide, motivate and inspire you to fitness! Your fitness, our responsibility.

Our 3-pillar approach to total body fitness – workout plans, diet plans and expert guidance costs INR 1,200 for 4 weeks.

What is Vigor?
Vigor is an idea and a movement born out of 2 simple needs:
1. To make high quality fitness training accessible to anyone, anywhere,
2. Overcome the limitations and dangers posed (to you, our consumer) by lack of a good quality trainers in India
Vigor wants to help you become your fittest possible self by making the best fitness training available in the palm of your hand.
Vigor is more than just fitness, its energy, and it's freedom.
Vigor’s training program is based on the proprietary training methods employed by Reebok Master Trainer & ACE Instructor - Kompal Gaur in her 14 years of fitness training. Also a Winner of Certification of Excellence in the Pride of India Awards 2015, case studies of her clients have appeared in leading health magazines across the country.
How will Vigor make me “my fittest possible self”?
Through a well-established 3 stage training process:
Stage 1: Get yourself evaluated
• Evaluate your fitness level through a series of qualitative & quantitative questions.
• Followed by a one-on-one remote consultation session with a fitness expert.
Stage 2: Understand your ‘Fitness Journey’
• We'll provide you with a master-plan to get you in the best shape of your life.
• Use our intelligent app to follow your daily exercise plans & monitor progress.
• Utilize our in-app exercise library to know the right posture for each exercise.
Stage 3: Know your fitness coach
• Expert fitness coaches will be assigned to you for guidance and motivation.
• He/She will monitor your progress regularly and will educate, guide and motivate you to achieve your fitness goals. Your fitness is now our responsibility.
What’s the best thing about training with Vigor?
Our step by step approach is what sets this fitness program apart from others is. Based on your fitness level, we will make sure your body gets the right amount of conditioning needed for an injury free fitness journey.
Secondly, our app provides a level of convenience unheard of in fitness.
For starters, it lets you decide how many days in a week you have for fitness. The app makes adjustments to your schedule accordingly. And what about location preference? Maybe you have a gym nearby and maybe you don’t. Maybe you prefer to workout indoors or outdoors. Based on your choice, the app will tweak your workouts for you!
