A doctor needs to login to the application, select the video which he wants to share and enter the phone number of the Patient to whom he want to share the video link via sms.
The patient will get a link when he clicks the link, a form will open up which makes them enter patient Demographics - Name, DOB, Address, PIN Code, City, Phone Number, Email ID. Once he does this a specific ICD code associated with the patient is stored in the system.
Then the patient is shown a video, relevant to their concern from YouTube.
