The PCA App links people who need counseling services with qualified counselors and psychologists who are certified by the Peer Counselors Association. The clients search for counselors and psychologists registered in their vicinity, check their qualifications, and choose the one they feel fits their needs. They then set up a meeting at a location they both feel appropriate or nearest PCA office, have a session and pay the hourly rate to the counselor.
