MCO provides the ability to leverage this emerging data-gathering capability in the simplest user friendly way, which is an important challenge for the new phase of environmental science.
The MCO application pertaining to atmospheric phenomena, especially weather and weather conditions. Its purpose is to provide citizens with an opportunity to become a meteorologic reporter and send weather report wherever they are. User can tell NIC what is hitting the ground, and the same would be displayed on the NIC citizen-charter website.
