The DashRabbit Taxi & Rideshare app is an easy, and safe way to order a ride. Credit cards are not required to order a ride with us.
With just the tap of a button your order will be sent to the closest available driver to expedite waiting time. You can also set up a ""time call"" for any specific day in advance. Time calls ensure that there will be a driver to pick you up on the exact day and time needed.
• Place an order without calling — just set your location in the app.
• View the name, phone number and license plate number of the driver who’s picked your order.
• Pay by credit card or cash
• Track the location of your driver on the map as he/she is en-route.
• Pay by card or cash
• Add special requests, such as extra luggage request, a pet-friendly vehicle, or a printed receipt.
• Rate your driver and give your feedback on the service.
