Your personal trainer pulls the headphones anytime, anywhere a complete workout for you. You get instructions, tips and motivation exactly when you need it the most and never need more training alone.
HOW TO EXERCISE CFY:
1. Select running or strength
2. Choose your category and your workout
3. Learn more about the category or pass via the info button
4. Put on the headphones and press 'Play'
5. Listen to Coachify and train
