• Circuit Training: high-intensity workouts designed to burn off unwanted fat
• Functional / Flexibility: aimed at those who have more specific needs such as injury rehabilitation or are just new to fitness
Locations:
Train anywhere you like! If you want to workout at home, at your building/community gym, local park or even the beach, we are there for you!
Trainers:
All our trainers are carefully vetted and interviewed to make sure they meet our standards and reflect our values. Qualifications alone aren’t enough for us. We need our trainers to have a strong passion for fitness and for helping their clients.
Trainer Ratings:
All clients rate their trainers after their workout. This reinforces the quality of our trainers and makes it easier for clients choose.
Simple & Flexible Pricing:
Use our single sessions or plans to book any trainer, for any workout at a time and place that suits you.
Pay-as-you-go:
Single session (1-on-1): AED 350
Single session (2-on-1): AED 450
Amino Plans:*
Amino-4 (Four 1-on-1 sessions): AED 1,300 (AED 325 per session)
Amino-8 (Eight 1-on-1 sessions): AED 2,400 (AED 300 per session)
Amino-12 (Twelve 1-on-1 sessions): AED 3,300 (AED 275 per session)
*Note that these plans are monthly subscriptions and renew automatically.
