ADF Active helps you get fit enough for entry into the Australian Defence Force, and allows you to evaluate how close you are to ADF recruitment standards for the Navy, Army and Air Force.

TECHNIQUE TRAINING

You can check how you're progressing with stats, graphs and simulated Pre-entry Fitness Assessments.
