This app has been created after being Inspired by YesTheory on YouTube. It's suggested that to make a significant change in your life, such as in diet and exercise, you need to form new habits. New habits are formed when you repeat the same thing again and again. If you commit to 100 days of sweat, for example just 15 minutes per day, walk up some stairs, walk around the block, go to the gym, walk along the beach don't take that bus. Just something small every day for 100 days and you can make a significant impact and form great new habits for your body and mind.
The app displays a simple 100 box grid, after you have done your workout, walk, swim, whatever.... touch the box and it's marked off. If you miss a day don't be hard on yourself, just keep going. Or, if you want to be hard on yourself, reset and start the challenge again.
The app is simple at the moment, but future ideas would involve taking a snap after your sweat and maybe options to share on social media, but for now, it's just a simple grid to help you stay on track.
