It all starts and stops here. Without an elite champion mindset all transformations are temporary. We believe that our life isn’t temporary—and neither is B3 Elite. We strive to help and support each other in developing the mindset needed to make radical, sustainable transformations. We will make a complete identity shift and become the person we’ve always dreamed of being—inside and out!
Nutrition
What we feed our body becomes our body. The challenge is that every body is different. We work together to acquire the tools to not only understand our unique body and what it needs, but to also be able to feed and nourish our body for elite energy, performance, and lasting results.
Supplementation
We all need to supplement both our diet and lifestyle. Our diets require minerals, vitamins, and additional macronutrients that are simply too complicated, involved, and vast to get solely from the food we eat at meal times. Our lifestyles are busier than ever and through proper supplementation and nutrition we are able to fuel and feed our bodies 24/7 for ideal energy, performance, mental clarity, and transformation.
Physical Activity
Life is movement. The only way to design and create our elite body is to strengthen it. We achieve this by routinely and strategically breaking it down and allowing it to rebuild itself stronger than ever before—through proper exercise and rest. Our mindset, nutrition, and supplementation all come together to allow us to push ourselves and create the results that we routinely visualize. We work together to design a program that gets results and makes exercising fun, exciting, and allows us to celebrate our progress each and every day.
Support
We are building our Badass Body for our self but NOT by our self. Support is the difference between having a cheat meal or staying on task and following our meal plan. It’s also the difference between racking the weight or forcing out that extra rep. That extra discipline and desire is the difference between where we currently are and where we REALLY want to be.
