HOW TO USE THE
APP ?
1) Open the app and type the value of exercise duration in seconds.
2) Type the rest interval in seconds you want after each exercise.
3) Then enter the total number of exercises each set will contain.

Thereafter enter the number of total sets you will perform.
5) Then enter the value of rest duration in seconds between every set.
6) Click next which will bring another screen and there you will have to type your desired GYM/ HIIT/ Tabata/ Yoga/ schedule name along-with all the exercise / workout name details below the schedule name that you will perform on that particular HIIT/ Tabata/ Yoga/ GYM session.
7) Click save to save the routine.
8) Now you are ready to go. Press the go button.
9) You can pause, resume and stop the timer through interactive buttons.
10)The timer runs in the background and so the user can enjoy music during their workout session.
11) Next time when you load the app either you can create a new routine or load the previously saved exercise routine.
12) You can view your performance history chart by clicking the bar icon available in the menu.
