When you are on depression, to me, it was a total breakout which affects your health, especially your brain, memory, mental and sleeping.
Fortunately, I have recovered from it already because of several helps from my children, siblings and what helped me so much was music.
Research has shown that listening to relaxing melodies or music eg. a relaxing and soothing music like SPA or any soft and calm music can reduce anxiety, blood pressure, and pain as well as to improve your sleeping quality, mood, mental alertness and memory.
Based on my experience, music participation provides a unique opportunity for literacy preparation. Whether the children are singing, playing, or listening, teachers direct them to listen and hear in new ways which exercises their aural discrimination.
Personally, when you listen to relaxing melodies, it improves mood and it can benefit overall well-being, help regulate emotions, and create happiness and relaxation in everyday life.
Listening to a relaxing melodies and relaxing yourself at a SPA center will help you create certain emotions whether happy, calm, sad, any, scared etc. It allows me to safely explore different emotions. A relaxing melodies/music has enhanced and enriched my creativity.
