Quit Smoking app helps you to keep a track of cigarrettes you smoke everyday.
This app is unique as it creates a notification widget that will be used to track and monitor your smoke counts.
You can update your smoking preferences in the app settings for the following:
1. Number of cigarrettes you smoke per day
2. Price of one cigarrette
3. Your target cigarrette count
4. Trigger time between cigarrette smokes
Ask any smoker and he/she will tell you that they plan to quit. However not many are successful in quitting. This often leads to depression amongst smokers as they too feel the failure of not being able to quit.
Cigarrette smoking is an addiction for Nicotine and as the nicotine urge triggers, so is the urge to light another cigarrette. To quit smoking, a successful approach will be increase the time duration between cigarrettes or in other words reduce your body dependency on Nicotine.
So its always better to start reducing your cigarrettes rather than stopping altogether. Our app helps you in reducing your cigarrette count per day as you can create a timer as per your choice and keep a track of your cigarrette count for the day.
