Civil aviation safety standards in the world governed by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). As one of the member countries of ICAO, Indonesia is required to meet aviation safety standards. In the field of airport, civil aviation safety standards in the world is set out in Annex 14, Volume I Aerodrome and Annex 14 Volume II Heliport.
DGCA - The Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Indonesia issued Regulation of the Director General of Civil Aviation of the Manual of Standard Part 139 in order to meet aviation safety standards in the field of Aerodrome, heliport, waterbase and Rescue and Fire Fighting.
Applications Manual of Standard Part 139 is expected to help the stakeholders to meet aviation safety standards and to improve flight safety.
