In return, the property owner can screen the people they want to rent to, and have more prior communication before a rental decision or lease is signed.
This app allows property owners and renters to directly connect.
Property owners can post their property or individual rooms for rental.
Renters and property owners can directly communicate to see if a living situation is the right fit.
