คำอธิบาย Social Business Challenge

AFD and CERISE invite you to take a journey as a social innovator in Africa.
Through the game, you will discover the 7 performance criteria you will have to work on as a social innovator, the 7 P’s:
Purpose, Public, Products and Services, HR Policies, Ethical Principles, Profits and Partnerships.
You will have to decide your strategy and operations on these 7 Ps with a comprehensive business case and see how your decisions impact your clients, community and the sustainability of your social innovation project.
You will be in a position to monitor in a more efficient way your project and challenge that the decisions you make produce the impact you try to reach as a social innovator.
You will be asked to make decision about
the way you structure your product, your business, your governance, your customer relationship, your partners and financials. Each decision will open or close options.
At the end of the trip, you will be provided with a map of your performance on the 7 P’s of your business. And you will discover which type of social innovator you truly are.
