"WEEE" is Waste of electronic and electrical equipment.
Dr WEEE is a character who is looking for a green environment and healthy society clean of any pollutions caused from the disposal of the e-waste in an unsafe way (scrap collectors), so what comes first is the society awareness and here comes Dr. WEEE's role. Then having the solution for the safe and professional way to dispose the electronic waste. And that's by collecting the e-waste with giving cashbacks to whoever help us collecting them for a better environment.
