TWRP Explorer let you extract and restore files from your TWRP backup files.
No need to restore a backup to extract a file or folder because you forgot to copy it somewhere.
TWRP Explorer will make this much faster.
Now all tar archives are supported for browsing and extracting.
Root is required!
