IPS Mobile Insight

The IPS Mobile Insight App provides users with the ability to interface, via Bluetooth radio, with the IPS Beacon 2™ and IPS Beacon Pulse™ condition monitoring products, which are purchased from Flowserve.
Real time equipment performance data can be accessed through any Bluetooth enabled mobile device. The IPS Mobile Insight App can configure the IPS Beacon 2 and IPS Beacon Pulse devices and upload data to the cloud with the touch of a button.
While using the IPS Mobile Insight App within range of the IPS Beacon 2 or the IPS Beacon Pulse condition monitoring devices:
• Immediate equipment status and operating conditions is displayed
• IPS Beacon 2 - Access to vibration, temperature, runtime, and maintenance status is given
• IPS Beacon Pulse - Access to fluid conditions present (liquid or gas), temperature, and pressure
• Access to last alarm time and date along with details of the condition causing the alarm
• Alarm threshold management for all of the devices
• Examine trend graphs for a variety of conditions
• Upload data to the IPS Insight Portal©. Once device data is uploaded to the IPS Insight Portal, additional data management, reporting, and data sharing can be performed
