The 11-day diet is supposed to help you get a quick weight loss and increase your metabolism (how many calories your body burns to maintain). The basic idea is to shock the metabolic rate of your body to force it to improve.
No matter how you eat after completing this diet, its promoters claim that the effect of "metabolic boosteur" would last up to 2 years.

This metabolic diet is supposed to lose weight 5 of 10 kilograms in 11 days, depending on the amount of weight you really need to lose.
