With Online Patient Self-Scheduling (OPSS), you can schedule or cancel VA appointments at any time, day or night, all from the palm of your hand. Veterans or caregivers can select preferred times and dates. Plus, track the status of current requests and view upcoming appointments. Using OPSS also ensures access to care for all veterans. Cancelling a scheduled appointment could make all the difference for a veteran in need.
