This app is created by students of the Fontys university of applied sciences. The app is a Beta version meant to help prevent depression and help people maintain a better quality of life. The app offers several ways of balancing your daily activities so that you do not get overwhelmed. The app includes a calendar for short term goals, step tracker and exercises to keep track of your physical health, and a mood tracker, thought journal and guided meditation to improve mental health.
